..i had lots of giggles and 'ah ha' moments reading through them..

..i believe..we all need to keep check of our values and be inspired on a daily basis..

...gossip is risky..the world is too small..

..it's all right to show you are vulnerable..

..life..is always but a heartbeat..

..the best exercise for a flat stomach..is laughter..
