...challenges...
they face us daily
...whether they be slight disruptions or
something that turns our world upside down...
never the less...when these moments pass us by...
new adventures or developments emerge!

...at the beginning these changes can be so confronting...
we can feel lost...confused...frustrated...
and its okay to take time to process these feelings

...then once we accept the change as best we can...
we can refocus on what we really want
...this can be a perfect time to work on a new skill
or focus on new things in life..
...many times our challenges in life are due to someone or something
holding us back...
and we make so many excuses but we KNOW that it is time to let go
and move on...

...when facing these challenging times...
it is important to surround yourself with
loving supportive people...
don't be afraid to turn to someone you trust
& remember that 'this too shall pass'

...our lives can get so busy & random things deter us from the 'path' we are on...

therefore it is important to look after ourselves...

not only physically but mentally...

...to find time for ourselves to appreciate life...

& reflect on where our journey is taking us...


...when we are in an open relaxed frame of mind...

...we can see things clearer...

...we can find the answers to our problems &

re confirm we are headed in the direction we planned to go


...life is about balance...

it is commendable to give - to help others...

...but we also need to look after ourselves &

have some people in our lives that give us support

& unconditional love...

..another helpful thing is to live in the moment...

that way we avoid feeling bad about past mistakes

& don't worry ourselves about what 'might' happen in the future...

...living in the moment...

we have to focus on what is going on right here & NOW!

...it is so much easier to accept reality and focus on the task at hand 100%

...if we worry and stress less...

to find that balance we need to be willing to let go of the past..

we cant change it...nor should we try to predict the future...


what must you let go of to be more balanced in life??


..by being aware of what is good for us...

psychically and mentally... we can find our path (our goals & dreams) easier to pursue...


i know in my own life...

...i don't like to stop...but i also know the consequence is my health...

therefore i am working hard on finding that balance...


...because for me to the best person i can be...i have to keep working on me :)
