STOP IN THE NAME OF LOVE..

..it takes most of us a lifetime..to untangle the confusion about what we can and cannot ask in the name of love..

..and what we should and should not put up with in the name of love..

..one would think that we could expect only good things from the people who claim to love us..

...and that we would want to offer the people we love our best in return..

..so why do we offer the worst of ourselves to the people we claim to love the best..even worse..we expect them to 'put up with this' because we claim to love them..then when our loved ones legitimately protest that our behaviour does not match what we claim..and we get upset..

..love is not love until our actions match our finest intentions..

..until we are living love and not just talking about it..



..our self respect..self worth..and our relationships depend on us discovering what real love is and then consistently putting it into practice..

..we need to stop justifying the saying..'you always hurt the ones you love'..

..lets start showing the ones we love.. how much we really love them x
